PickleUp – No Refund Policy

By using the PickleUp platform and making a booking (“Service”) through our website or app, you agree to this No Refund Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. No Refunds

All bookings made through PickleUp are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including, but not limited to, change of plans, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations by Users

You may request to reschedule your booking subject to slot availability and management approval. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund. If you fail to attend or cancel your slot, the booking fee will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations by PickleUp or Venue

4. Technical or Payment Issues

If a payment fails or a booking does not process successfully due to a technical error from our end, the transaction will be reversed or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. All other payment disputes (including failed or unauthorised transactions) are subject to the terms of your bank or payment provider.

5. Policy Updates

PickleUp reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By completing a booking with PickleUp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
