PickleUp – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“User Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“User”,
“Customer”) and QuadCrew Ventures, the operator of PickleUp (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our
website, mobile app, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
Account: Your registered profile used to book courts or services via PickleUp.
Services: The sports and recreational booking platform, including court bookings, coaching
sessions, memberships, or related offerings.
Order: A confirmed booking or purchase made through PickleUp.
Total Fee: The full payment amount due for a booking, including taxes and any applicable charges.
Venue: Any physical location where PickleUp conducts or facilitates bookings.
2. Eligibility
To use PickleUp, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding
contracts under Indian law.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
3. Registration & Account
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Any unauthorized use of your account should be immediately reported to us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms
4. Bookings & Payments
All bookings made through PickleUp are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation.
You agree to pay the Total Fee displayed at checkout using approved payment methods.
We do not store your card details; payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Any transaction issues or bank errors must be raised directly with your payment provider.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
All confirmed bookings are governed by our No Refund Policy.
Users may request rescheduling subject to management approval and slot availability.
If PickleUp or the venue cancels a session, a booking credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from
the date of cancellation.
No cash refunds will be made in any scenario unless explicitly stated by management.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use PickleUp responsibly and comply with all venue rules.
You will not engage in misconduct, misuse facilities, or act in ways that endanger others.
You are responsible for any damage to property or equipment caused by you or your guests.
7. Liability & Indemnification
PickleUp and QuadCrew Ventures are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during
your use of the Services or venues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PickleUp, its management, employees, and partners
from any claims arising from your actions, negligence, or misuse of services
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, brand elements, and designs on the PickleUp platform are the property of
QuadCrew Ventures.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website or app may contain links to third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PickleUp at any time, without notice, for violations of
these Terms or misuse of the platform.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including
natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to arbitration in Kalyan, Maharashtra, under the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, 1996.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website
